Lovely stay with great facilities

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, especially enjoying the spacious room and the hot breakfast that offered a variety of choices like Karelian pies. The large pool and sauna were a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, if you're sensitive to noise, avoid rooms near the back where deliveries might wake you up early.

Beds in the Standard Twin Room were too soft for personal comfort, leading to some back pain. the bathroom had a threshold that made for a tricky entrance at night. Noise from water pipes and an older flush system caused minor disturbances.

The large swimming pool and sauna were wonderful spots to unwind after a long day. The breakfast spread was a delightful way to start each morning. The staff’s willingness to assist was truly commendable.

The location is slightly removed from downtown, requiring a bit of planning for transportation into the city center, and my room's bathroom felt a little dated.

The room was clean and quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The hotel lacks a restaurant for dinner.

I mean, the bathroom was too small, absolutely unacceptable for a 'premium' hotel. waiting 15 minutes in the cold for someone to open the door after a long journey? Really? I expected at least an upgrade or complimentary gesture after that. almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t. So disappointing.

Access to the center was a bit inconvenient, as it required a longer bus ride.

the room was really nice, clean and had a cool fridge which was great. breakfast was lit with tons of options, loved the fresh coffee. the swimming pool was awesome for relaxing after a long day. the staff at the front was super friendly and helped us find a good restaurant close by. overall a chill place to stay.

the noise from the hallway was kinda annoying sometimes. also, parking is a bit of a hassle, you gotta pay for it.
